Ricoh publishes the Ricoh Group's 2025 Integrated Report and Sustainability Report

Enhancing dialogue with stakeholders through comprehensive, transparent disclosure

Ricoh Company, Ltd. today released the English editions of the Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2025 and the Ricoh Group Sustainability Report 2025, in addition to the Ricoh Group ESG Data Book 2025 issued on Sept. 5.

Reflecting growing interest in sustainability and expectations for greater transparency, Ricoh released these reports together to provide shareholders, investors and other stakeholders with a comprehensive view of the Ricoh Group's medium- to long-term outlook, initiatives to enhance corporate value, and detailed information on environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.

Strengthening disclosures particularly in the areas of environment and human rights, Ricoh expanded the former Ricoh Group Environmental Report into the newly launched Ricoh Group Sustainability Report this year.

Ricoh will continue to advance timely, proactive and transparent information disclosure to deepen stakeholders' understanding of the Ricoh Group and enrich corporate value by enhancing management quality and driving sustainable business growth.

Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2025

This year's edition features three key enhancements:

1. Clarifying profitability challenges and initiatives
   The CEO Message and CFO Interview explain the progress and evaluation of Ricoh's Corporate Value Improvement Project, including a review of fiscal 2024 performance, responses to key management issues, and strategies to enhance profitability.
2. Illustrating Ricoh's transformation into a digital services company through case studies
   Customer value-creation case studies and talent development examples demonstrate concrete progress and results in Ricoh's transformation, while outlining the underlying functional and business strategies.
3. Enhancing governance to address medium- and long-term risks and opportunities
   To earn greater trust from capital markets, a roundtable of outside directors raises key priorities to accelerate Ricoh's transformation. The report also strengthens explanations of the board effectiveness evaluation and details the company's policy and achievements in constructive shareholder engagement.

Ricoh Group Sustainability Report 2025

This year's edition features two key enhancements:

1. Improving disclosure quality in line with international standards
   The Sustainability Report enhances disclosure on environmental and human rights initiatives, aligned with international frameworks such as the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).
2. Introducing Ricoh's human rights initiatives
   In addition to comprehensive environmental efforts — climate action, resource circulation, pollution prevention and biodiversity conservation — the report highlights Ricoh's commitment to respecting human rights through human rights due diligence, employee education and awareness programs, and whistleblowing system and grievance mechanism for reporting and remediation.

Ricoh Group ESG Data Book 2025

Ricoh has been publishing the ESG Data Book since 2019 to provide a consolidated overview of quantitative data on the Ricoh Group's ESG initiatives. Reflecting evolving ESG trends and index evaluation criteria, the 2025 edition further expands environmental disclosures and broadens the scope of third-party-assured social data, covering areas such as supply chain and occupational health and safety. To enhance objectivity and comparability, the Data Book's structure was revised to focus more on quantitative data.
