Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

Every year, Ricoh Global conducts its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to better understand how to serve you, our customers’ requirements, as well as track our service performance over time.

An online survey, managed by Ricoh Asia Pacific, will be sent to all Ricoh MFD customers, beginning 19 July and you will have until Saturday, 6 October 2018 to complete the survey, which will take approximately 10–15 minutes.
