#OneRicoh: Ricoh Hong Kong forms coronavirus task force to boost morale

#OneRicoh is a series of stories about Ricoh employees demonstrating the Ricoh Way values during times of global crisis.

To cope with the challenge posed by coronavirus, Ricoh Hong Kong formed a task force to protect the health of staff and their families.

Named Ricoh Caring, the group led by Irene Lee, Director of Human Resources and Administration, collated information about the pandemic on a common SharePoint platform. There, employees can get tips, guidelines, news and declaration forms related to Ricoh Hong Kong’s precautionary measures.

The task force also implemented ideas to uphold morale, with handy sanitizer sprays given out on International Women’s Day, a Caring Kit, Caring Cash for the purchase of protective gear, and an Energy Station for free snacks.

Along with morale, the initiatives succeeded in raising awareness about preventing contagion.
