What is Ricoh eService?

Ricoh eService is an online self-service support portal for your Ricoh device. It connects directly to Ricoh's service platform, giving you one place to raise requests, order consumables, and track progress for the device linked to your account.

Rather than calling the support line or waiting for an email response, you can manage support yourself, in your own time, from any browser. Your login credentials are tied to your specific Ricoh device, so getting started takes less than a minute.

What can you do in eService?

eService covers the full range of day-to-day support tasks for your Ricoh device. Here is what you can do from the portal:

Log a service request

Raise a support request online for your device. Whether it is a fault, a print quality issue, an error message, or a connectivity problem, your request goes straight into Ricoh's service platform for triage.

Track progress in real time

Stay updated on the status of your request without needing to call for an update. View current status, service activity, and notes from the Ricoh team directly in the portal.

Order consumables for your device

Request toner and consumables for your specific device directly through eService. No need to contact the support team separately or wait for a quote.

Upload images for faster diagnosis

Attach photos of error messages, paper jams, or print output examples directly to your request. This helps the Ricoh team understand the issue before they arrive, reducing delays.

Access support any time

eService is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Submit and check requests outside business hours, whenever it suits you.

How to get started with eService

Getting into eService is straightforward. Your login credentials come pre-linked to your Ricoh device, so there is nothing to configure. You will find them printed directly on the machine.

From the dashboard, choose what you need to do: log a service request, order consumables for your device, upload images, or check on an existing request. Everything for your device is in one place.

Add your request details

Provide as much detail as you can. Error messages, a description of the issue, photos of the problem, and any additional notes all help the Ricoh team respond faster and arrive better prepared.

Once you submit, your request is automatically loaded into Ricoh's service platform. No calls or follow-up emails needed. The team will pick it up from there.

Track progress online

Check in at any time to see where your request is at. Updates from the Ricoh team appear directly in the portal, giving you a clear picture of what is happening and when to expect a resolution.
