ESA QuotaManager

The impact of printing and copying is significant on the bottom line, but hard to manage. With ESA QuotaManager, you can restrict access to selected Ricoh multifunctional devices for copying and printing. You can set a maximum limit of copies/prints by individual users and take back control over the cost of your organisation's printing.

• Manage the copy and print volumes of your Ricoh MFDs, without the need of a server
• Manage quotas for black & white and colour copying and printing from Ricoh MFDs
• Restrict access to which functions a user can access: copy, print, scan, fax
• Administer and manage user codes and printing limits easily through a standard web interface

With ESA QuotaManager, individual access and limits can be set by:

• Number of colour and/or black & white prints
• Number of colour and/or black & white copies
• Access to faxing or scanning

Once a user has used up their quota, they can no longer access the required feature unless they get approval for their limit to be increased through the administrator.
