Service and Repairs

Users returning a machine for service and/or repairs are required to complete an online form. A printed copy of this form must also be included with the machine when returned. To ensure the machine is safely transported we strongly recommend retaining the machines original packaging materials for reuse as/when service is required. An estimate for the cost of repairs will be sent via email prior to any work being carried out. Payment for service and repairs, including return delivery, is required prior to the machine being returned. Transport damage is the sole responsibility of the owner.

Warranty Claims

In the event that repairs are not covered under warranty an estimate for the cost of repairs will be sent via email prior to any work being carried out. Payment for service and repairs, including return delivery, is required prior to the machine being returned. Transport damage is the sole responsibility of the owner.

This warranty will become void if service or repairs are carried out by anyone other than an authorised service agent.
