Ricoh Consulting receives prestigious Laserfiche accolade

Ricoh Consulting Services, the exclusive New Zealand reseller of the Laserfiche® enterprise content management (ECM) software platform, has been presented with prestigious ‘Winners Circle’ status at Laserfiche’s Empower 2012 Conference in the US.

Ricoh New Zealand achieved 60 per cent growth in Laserfiche new business sales revenue during 2011, putting it among the elite Value-Added Reseller performers globally.

Sean Tang, Vice President of International Business at Laserfiche International, says: “Ricoh Consulting Services has done a tremendous job of helping organizations across New Zealand digitize paper records and automate document-based business processes using Laserfiche software.

Ricoh Consulting Services is expanding rapidly to meet ever-growing customer demand for the company’s smart business solutions. Its General Manager Cameron Mount heads a 20-strong team of IT consultants and business process management experts.

A Ricoh team attended Laserfiche’s 14th annual Empower Conference in Los Angeles and Winners Circle retreat in Las Vegas, where it was recognized on a global stage.

Cameron Mount says: “The Ricoh team is immensely proud to be part of Laserfiche’s Winners Circle. The growth in sales came from a combination of hard work by the Ricoh Consulting team and a first-class ECM product which has proven to be highly successful in the New Zealand business environment.

The Empower 2012 Conference attracted 1,600 Laserfiche customers and channel partners, and included workshops, user groups, and new training on the Laserfiche platform.
