Business Solutions Sales

Software and Professional Service Solutions This is a growing  leading edge division of a market leading corporate enjoying numerous awards for their innovation and sophisticated technology.

Based in Wellington  and reporting to the National Sales Manager - Solutions Sales ,  this role requires demonstrated experience in business development and sales in the related fields of information/work flow, business process, electronic document  management solutions and professional services.

The successful applicant will therefore need to be tertiary qualified in a relevant field, and have the ability to interact and engage  at a financial and commercial level with senior management within commercial, corporate and government sectors. Critical is the ability to listen to customers, understand and interpret needs and then to work with  the wider team to develop a full solution strategy. A given is your ability to develop and deliver strong , well constructed presentations and independently manage the sales process from lead to close.

You will therefore need to represent in your CV :

  • Proven sales success with demonstrable business development skills in the commercial/government/ corporate sector
  • A relevant degree/ qualification such as IT/ Accounting/Commerce/ Business Analysis
  • Outstanding communication/ solution sales project management and presentation skills

Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a person like you to join the team at Ricoh NZ. In your role, you will:

  • Checking the contents of the Sales Documentation against the system.
  • Processing Contracts through the automated Contracts Set up ( VICE)
  • Checking, auditing and actioning variations to contracts
  • Dealing with financial institute partners
  • Liaise internally with appropriate staff ensuring all correct for invoicing, systems errors or incomplete documentation
  • Maintaining the contract Data Warehouse
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Contracts Administrator


To be successful in qualifying for this role:

  • You hold a Bachelor of Business, Management and Administrative Studies (BBS) or similar
  • You have a minimum 7 years of experience in contract administration and/or negotiation (Strong preference would be given to an applicant who gained their contract related experience within the leasing finance, logistics, supply chain and/or capital equipment sales support)
  • You have knowledge of NZ legislation around contracts and familiar with industry terms and conditions
  • Advanced working knowledge of AS400
  • Advanced Skills in Excel, Lotus Notes and Access
  • Strong skills in attention to detail and numeracy
  • Knowledge of ISMS standards, adherence and quality control management.
  • You have a proven ability to negotiate and administer with internal staff and clients, suppliers and finance partners
  • Excellent writing skills (particularly in contracts and proposal writing) and excellent oral communication and active listening skills; You have well developed interpersonal skills in the contexts of teamwork and customer focus
  • Strong analytical abilities, proven documentation habits and careful attention to detail;

Customer Installation Administrator

Are you a high achiever, motivated with a can do attitude ?

We are seeking an individual to fill the  role of Customer Installation Administrator, where your task is to be the key liaison person for customers re the set up and relevant IT requirements in relation to the installation process of Ricoh equipment.

The role ensures all installations are completed successfully within agreed timeframes. As such you will be the key liaison point between customers, install service engineers, demand planning, workshop and sales.

We are looking for a star.

Frontline Administrator

A you a star who wants the opportunity to show your value to an organisation who will recognise your talent?

A busy sales environment, the company is professional, high energy and social. This role needs your outgoing, confident and forward-thinking personality.

Administration duties, database management, frontline customer liaison and events are but a few of the things you would be dealing with on a daily basis. No day is the same!

Further you will be assisting the Executive Assistant with a variety of admin, PA duties, errands and research.  Never a dull moment, this is a busy and demanding role where you will need to be exceptionally organised with a proactive attitude.
